On the 5th of August 2023, an amount of 2636/- rupees was debited from my account by CTRAZORPAY without my explicit consent. To the best of my knowledge, I have not made any purchases or authorized any transactions with them. This deduction was completely unexpected and has caused me significant inconvenience.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in addressing this issue. I would like to register a formal complaint against CTRAZORPAY for this unauthorized action and seek a prompt refund of the deducted amount.
