Prosím vás,objednala som si veľký rupsaka s kolieskami a vakuovym dielom na oblečenie,prišiel mi umelohmotovy malý rupsacik,ktorý nezodpoveda tomu ,čo som si objednala,preto by som chcela vrátiť zásielku a prosím o vrátenie 43euro na môj účet.Kde mám poslať naspäť zásielku,naaku adresu.Toto sa mi stalo už druhý krát ale v tej prvej som kroky neurobila,ale som sklamaná.Sakova
