CS promise me to adjust the price difference and then the rejected it that no such promise made

I want to highlight my issue that I have been played by your supervisors and customer service representative.

I place my order on 21st July order no. 402-5296988-1389937 which was supposed to be delivered on 27th July which did not happen, then on 31st July again not delivered and then on 3rd it was still not delivered. Avneet, she was a supervisor who asked me to place a new order and cancel previous order. Which I did and the order number is #407-1739376-3894702 she promised omised me to issue the difference about of these 2 orders which is Rs 940 that 2ill be adjusted and she is going to follow up with me on this matter.

I received the order on 6th Aug and waited for Avneet to call me. No call received till 8th so I call Amazon once again. I tried to speak to her which could not be possible so I asked to connect me with other supervisor. I got connected to PANKAJ. This guy was so rude and unprofessional and was adamant to cancel the order and neglected the previous conversations I have had with Avneet. He created a situation wherein there was no option left for me to hold on to this second order which he finally made me cancel. This is where he played the game to cheat me and tricked me to creat a pick-up.

After that I called again and spoke to Harmanjit. He advised that he is going to cancel that pickup and that I should refuse if someone reaches me for the pickup which I did and did not returned the order. He assured me that I will get my difference adjustment and that I should wait for the Return window that is 6th September

Today I was following up from my end once again to check on this matter and have a detailed discussion with another supervisor who again tricked me by saying that a pickup was arranged due to which the difference will not be adjusted. WHY??? Ehy you all are doing this and creating a situation where I would have to suffer a loss. I have ordered the product during the sale with lower price which you fail to deliver and asked me to reorder at about double price with false promises.

This is just not going good and I would not let go this situation where all you guys are cheating on with me.

I have call recordings with each of these members and I will definitely publish it on social media and report this issue.

You all are playing with the customers and asking us to do things which we would not have done.

I want my refund adjustment.

Regret that I have been into this mess just because the Supervisor Avneet failed to call me back to follow-up. This is just not done.
