Hi there,
I’m seriously concerned about the incidents of cross connections happening on my number. Whenever somebody calls me, it gets connected to a different number which is picked by a lady who talks very rudely. I’ve complained this matter to customer service many a times but they take no cognizance of it. Either you solve this problem or I’m done with this.
