I also get this kind of message from MAXICON Company. they asked me to pay 12,500 rupees or you will get notice of court. they send me case number UEL07/2019/319, FIR Number: AGR/BR/0911/L69 and Act: IPC 73, 74. but i search this FIR and Case number on web, and i got this complain and case was registered by Mr. Ajeet Pal, who complain on 4th April of 2019. and i get this message on 10 July 2019.

First of all.. Court kabhi bhi pdf mein ya online information nhi bhejta aapko.
Court summon bhejta hai vo bhi through police station. Jb bhi ye call krte hai toh inko boldo k summon ki copy bhejo tb yeh realize krenge ki jis person se baat kr rhe hai vo legally sound hai . Means use legal proceedings ka pta hai.

Fir maine customer ko call kiya to comutmer care ne kaha ki aapne logout nhi kiya tha.ye aapki galti hai iske liye aapko 7000 rs pay krne honge agar work continue krna hai to aapko 4000 k kareeb pay Marne hoge.
Jab maine paise dene se inkaar or diya to mjhe dhamkiya dene lage ki muje pasie pay kro nhi to mai case kr dunga…
Jab maine kaha orignal company document dikhao or apna company llp no and gst no dikhao to Mai payment kr dunga..
Lekin unhone apni company ki koi detail nhi dikhaye…
