Hello sir/madam
I have ordered iPhone 14 plus 128gb on Tata Neu via croma.com it was same cancelled on 5th nov due to our of stock in store, I have did multiple payments using Tata Qik Emi Card and Paytm debit card and My order I’d for croma order is TC300037553822 it’s been 15 days went still I didn’t receive any update regarding initation of refund, please resolve my issue I am daily calling and mailing them multiple times.
