Croma sells product with warranty period but when actually service requests are raised then there is no product support ensured by Croma service team. They do not bother about active follow and just mention that it will take 24 to 48 hrs when call them daily. This is matter of Water Purifier device which subject to failure and service is required to repair device as its basic necessity.

I am also facing issues with chroma for my TV , is this thing works. I want to return my TV as it is faulty piece and they are ignoring complain and piece is in warranty.
