I have ordered Sony truly wireless ephone WF-1000XM3 on 28 June 2023 by online mode.
Due to the audio issue and dents on the product I have been following up the croma and I have submitted the product with them but they are processing the return and refund of the product and asking to collect the same damaged product from their store. even sony customer center person is not agreeing the default.
I require refund against the same. Its been around 1 month croma is not resolving the same.
