Text of Complaint by Suman Palavalli:

I had enrolled to Crio’s Full Stack Software Development Plus Fellowship Program on 17th December 2023 by paying course fee of INR 170000. Since Crio failed to meet the promise made by the counsellor at the time of program admission, I placed the request to cancel my enrollment and provide me the course fee refund, before January 21, 2024. Crio approved my refund request, initiated my refund on 24th January 2024 and had promised I will receive the refund within 45 days from 24th January 2024. As per this, I was suppose to receive refund by 9th March 2024. But I didn’t receive it, when I contacted Crio regarding the same, they told they need an additional 30 days to provide the refund. As per this, I expected to get refund by 9th April 2024, Crio missed this deadline also. When I again contacted them, they told it will be completed within the month of April 2024. Today is 28th April 2024 and I have still not received the refund. I email crio support on 23rd April 2024 asking them, will it be complete by 30th April 2024. 206794 is ticket number for this communication. But still haven’t received any response from them. As there is no helpline number to contact crio and it has got delayed by almost 2 months over the crio’s SLA of 45 days, I am approaching the consumer court now to get my refund processed from crio at the earliest.
