My name is Gautham Krishna EJ .
I reside at Bangalore.
3 weeks back on 4th july 2022 due to financial instability i had downloaded an app called Handi loan located at B-50, Nipa Tenaments, Karodia Road, Gorwa, Vadodara, Gujarat,390016 India.
They charge more than 55% interest for the loan . I had taken 1300 Rs for which he had asked me to pay 3225rs including the interest for 7 days .
I had cleared the amount I had taken and now they are asking me continuously to pay their illegal share of interest .
They have hijacked my contacts and called my contact list and shared the below attached message with all my contacts.
Many poor people from all over India are being victims for these kind of illegal harassment.

please don’t leave this Email as a normal email and ignore it. i beg you sir.
this kind of torture is even giving me suicide tendancy and this year more than 2 students who were a part of such loan had committed suicide due to such harassment .
I kindly and Humbly request your attention on this and beg of you to please take neccessary actions against the fraud finance company which leads its customers to suicidal tendancy.
