I have been tortured by some people to pay money, they keep calling my office colleagues friends and family members to pay more. They are threatening my family and friends for money. This people have my contact details, kindly help me. I want to register this complaint

I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
