Hello All, I had taken a loan from an application called Smart coin and during Covid i could not repay it back how ever i closed the loans on 11/11/2022 and i was infomred that my cibil will be updated, but to my surpise it is not, Then i contacted Smart coin and they folled me and cheated me and asked to send my credit report 5 times and i had to pay for it any send it, Everytime they give some or the other exceus, And today i got a response that they no longer has Pinnacle as there lender and they cannot do anything, i have been to there office as well with no response and now there is no way out.
