Dear Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in my credit report regarding an account with your organization (Account Number: XXXXXX6224).
This account is appearing on my credit report, but I have never applied for or availed of any loan or credit facility from EARCPL.and also never received any monthly statements by my e mail id or in hard copy. I request you to kindly investigate this matter, verify your records, and update the credit bureaus to remove this incorrect entry from my report at the earliest.
Please confirm once this has been addressed.
