I had taken a loan from Credit Pearl Loan app worth Rs. 3000 where received Rs. 1800 approx. in my account. They had deducted remaining amount as their service charge and interest. I repaid that loan and applied for a new loan where they approved a loan of Rs 5000 where they again deducted 40 % as their service charge and interest. This time I was not able to repay their loan in time as my salary had not credited by that time. It was a matter of a day only so that I would have repaid their loan. But now they had accessed my personal data and started misusing it immediately on the due date of the loan which was 1st July 2022 in terms of harassing me and my complete contact list by using abusive language and sharing my edited pictures to them. Their people started contacting all people from my phone contact list by sending my edited photos and informing that I am a fraud and spoiling my social image in the society. This had resulted in a bad manner that I lost my job and earnings. Now they are continuously sending abusive messages to my contacts which they stolen from my phone contact list. This is unethical. When I read their privacy policy they have mentioned that they will not disclose any of my personal details it can only be used for developing business. Me along with my family are in depression now, so I am raising a complaint on this portal with a hope of help in stopping this kind of fraud application and scam. I am feeling ashamed to upload the messages sent by them but I do have all the proofs in my phone.
Also I would like to mention here that these Credit Pearl people are not registered on Google Play, they sent me a link as a text message to me and I downloaded their app in my phone. I tried to download the app to make the payment at the second time but surprisingly I couldn’t find their app anywhere to download.
I REQUEST FOR A QUICK AND IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THESE PEOPLE AS THEY THEMSELVES ARE FRAUD.
