I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a suspected fraudulent loan application and subsequent harassment attempts.
No loan amount was ever credited to my bank account. I have checked my bank transaction history and there is no record of any credit of ₹3500, ₹2100, or any other loan disbursal amount.
Despite the absence of any loan disbursal, I have started receiving repeated calls and SMS messages from different mobile numbers claiming that I have taken a loan of ₹3500 and demanding repayment. The messages contain threats of overdue charges, penalties, and negative CIBIL impact. They also direct me to install or use an application that is no longer available through official app stores.
The callers and message senders appear suspicious and use multiple phone numbers. I have preserved screenshots of the messages and call records.
I am concerned that my personal information, including my PAN card image and photograph, may be misused. I am also concerned about potential harassment, intimidation, identity theft, and misuse of my personal data.
I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken against the individuals or entities involved. I further request guidance regarding the protection of my personal information and confirmation that no fraudulent loan obligations have been created in my name.
I am willing to provide screenshots, phone numbers, message records, and any other relevant evidence upon request.
