Hello sir,
Iam DASARI KRISHNA REDDY a jio postpaid customer with customer ID:- 4021643151. I have a credit limit enhancement balance what i had recharged when in need before going to abroad now i have migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid as of said by the customer service when i migrate my postpaid number to prepaid the credit limit amount and security deposit amount will be refunded. For refund they had sent a link in which account details should be entered for refund after doing all the process they are giving the refund of Rs:- 603.04.As my credit limit enhancement amount what i had at the time of migrating from postpaid to prepaid is Rs:-7658.when i talk to the customer care for the same they mentioned the only security deposit will be refunded then how can i get my credit limit amount back from jio. I had read the same issue in the consumer forum of a customer with the same issue this is not the first time from jio.
Kindly take the neccesary action on jio for doing fraud with the customers.
