Since i was travelling to Srilanka i had activated 149/month international roaming pack through vodafone app and it was clearly mentioned there that the calling prices (incoming/outgoing) will be standard and data will be unlimited. Also, my credit limit is 2k.
When i was back they stopped my outgoing calls, data and were asked to pay the bill amount of 6k.
When my credit limt is 2k how they can exceed it to 6k almost threetimes of my credit limit.
