Text of Complaint by Neha Dogra:

I paid my credit card bill amount 10,000 through Paytm wallet on 03.07.2023, but my bank not received any payment against the transaction till today.
I personally connect with my bank (HDFC) , they said that as the 3rd party payment your paytm adjust the amount on a wrong alternate account no… after that I connect with the paytm they told me to provide the written communication that payment not received against this reference no. or transaction ID.
They waiting for my mail and follow up with me on daily basis, and said once you provide the written communication, we will do the needful accordingly.

After that, my bank provide the written confirmation in 2 days and I send the same to the paytm help centre, without any doubt they provide me the solution that we have done the transaction and just because you choose the wrong card your amount is not reflecting..pls connnect with the beneficiary bank.

Thats it, after that they not called me and again and again drop the mail that we tried to connect with you but your phone is not reachable.

MY 10,000 amount is stuck with Paytm, my cibil score is effect, the late fees charges also applied by the bank and i cannot afford as I am a salaried employee.I have my family responsibiltiy.

No support i am getting from the Paytm, now they are not even called, they just text me that my phone is not reachable.

Till now no resolution is provided to me.
