I did a credit card payment on 7th of sep 2022, since then the payment is stuck with phone and they are simply asking me to wait but they are not resolving my issue. I had to make a seperate payment through HDFC app directly so that I will not be fined for late payment. Just because phone pay I had to pay the amount twice. In this financial situation I am finding it very difficult to manage and keep calling them every day. Please help me get my money back and also some amount for putting me through this hassle.
