I was given a credit card by Kotak bank upon taking vehicle loan and i was told that i do not have to pay any charges. On February 13, 2019 5:34 PM, I got the mail that i have to pay annual charges of 588.89 and i responded to that mail Jeremiah.Shanmugavel@kotak.com, stating that i do not have the details of the card and i requested the other payment methods.
No one responded to my mails till today or Called me about this. their toll free numbers provided in mail does not work.

Bangalore 080- 67175837 – Rings and call gets disconnected.
And suddenly today ion 26th feb, i got a mail that i need to pay 1204.82 and my CIBIL score will be affected.
The bank without responding to customer, is charging customer is criminal
I never said i don’t pay.. I requested continuously & wrote almost 7 mails to the email id provided by Kotak bank. Without responding to any of mails, how can i be charged fine. is this against Consumer interest and RBI guidelines?
