Dear Sir/Madam,
I made a hdfc credit card payment of rs. 31200 through paytm upi on 5/11/2018 at 7 pm. The amount got debited from my bank account but not yet credited to credit card account. I have contacted paytm customer care many times. They are not responding to my query. They are just keeping my call on hold for more than one hour. Kindly find the invoice attached with this mail and Plz provide me the resolution.
