I have closed my sbi credit card 1 year ago but still the charges are deducted from my account but what i compaint to the sbi customer care they said your card is only blocked but your account is not closed so the service charges of around 3400 is deducted. So I said please close my account and refund my money as card is blocked and no service charges should deducted for the blocked cards then they have blocked my card and returnd my money.
But now I am asking for give me the NOC of my credit card so that I have some proof to sure my account is closed.
I have raised the request in the February they said you will get your NOC after you clear the balance of ₹78. Then I paid this amount and apply for the NOC again in the February then they said you will receive your NOC within 10 working days.
After this when i called again to the sbi customer care then they said your card noc is not started yet we are starting it and you will receive within 10 days
After 10 days I called again then again they have told me the same thing. Sometimes they said you will receive on email within 3 days and etc etc.
I am irritated with this all and not able to get my NOC after the 3 months. Please help to provide my NOC and take a strict action against sbi credit card services.
