I chose to upgrade my credit card. and updated my resident address as gurgaon. From almost four months i receive a call in a week by some agent that they are delivering my card on Bangalore address (which is not my address anymore and i have updated my current address as Gurgaon address). i tried to explain this to customer care executives many times but no luck as again i get call from deleivery team saying ” we are delivering your card on bangalore address” and again i have to call the customer care to deliver it on Gurgaon address…..and loop continues from last four months (and i call them almost 4-5 time in a week) which has become an harassment as specially i have to rechagre my phone balance first to call them as the customer care number is payed one secondly i have to talk to their A.I (KIA…annoying one who doesnt understand in one go) then their customer representative who tell lies that we will deliver your card in 7 days.
Now i am writing this after almost 4 months of harassment. I like to sue Kotak bank for this.My CRN number is 98697348
