Full amt 3.5 lakhs – which is settled to 1.8 lakhs . I have asked for the settlement n my amount is been converted into emi of 31600/- approx monthly … I have paid 31600/- from my first installment but for the rest I was asking time .. I have full intention to pay the amt … I have previously requested to keep the date of payment to be 8th of the month my salary date which was not accepted now I m asking for some more time so I can pay regularly n my loan amt gets settled but in place of the we are non stop calls on my no. Plus on my work (200 calls ) .. they will fire me n in situation of no job it will be very very difficult to pay the rest amt also . So requesting you to stops these calls and make my payment date to be 8th of the month.

I have tried paying 4-5 months back also but then to similar thing happened where I had paid 1lakh out of 3.5 lacs which is still the same ..
If something happens to me of my family then you will be responsible. If I lose my job again then also because I will not be able to pay

Please try to understand and again requesting you to stops these calls and make my payment date to be 8th of the month and reduced the installation amt to 15000 per month
