Dear Sir.
There was a fraud transaction done from my ICICI credit card. I received an OTP but I have not done that transaction. I have not shared my pin or OTP with anyone. It was done on 17/06/22 at 7.50 pm. for 25000/- thorough PAYTM merchant.
I have reported the issue to ICICI bank on 18th June morning and filled out the dispute form. Also reported in customer care on 18th June and have the service request number.

SIR Please help me to get the details of the account or bank to which money was transferred. Bank is not supporting and not releasing the shadow amount in this. They are closing the SR saying it was second-level authentication. I have not shared my OTP. My sim was hacked.
Request you to look into this on priority as the amount is billed and bank is not releasing shadow amount to me.
