Hello,
My name Rohit Chavda from Ahmedabad, India.
I am your Bajaj Finserv credit card holder since long. Today there was unusual transaction on dated 12th April 2020 from my credit card found without OTP. I also got transaction emails from your side mentioning without OTP.
These are 5 emails with different transactions like Rs 7999, 3999, 1949, 79 and 79 on the name of Google Proxima beta which was not done by me. It is fraud. I need refund.
I have never shared my credit card details to anyone. I don’t know how they got it and did transactions without OTP.
In this Covid19 situation, I am not able to contact RBL Bajaj finance customer care. Somehow, I blocked it.
