I called to ICICI Bank customer care to request for a late payment of the bill this time then the customer care executive denied and said there is no provision for it and said you can convert your bill into EMIs without any charges and you can cancel it before 17 days whenever you cancel it you need to pay total amount and there will be no charges deducted but when I see my credit card statement I’m surprised that I’ve been charged nearly about 1000rs for processing fee and other charges
