Dear Sir, this is by mistake happened , let me explain, matter is that I was get SBI credit card in 2016 with condition free but I was traveled to west Africa in 2017. Before travelling in 2017 I was closed by phone banking. And they confirm me on call. So I supposed that it is closed, but recently in 2023 I checked my CIBIL for Home loan, then it’s showing again in CIBIL. Due to this I am suffering in home loan, kindly help me regarding this matter in urgently because these are wrong charges.
