I have done a credit card bill payment on 01 Nov 203 on Mobikwik.The amount is Rs.25660.
Mobikwik given the reference number 330513214199. But the Hdfc bank is saying that the transaction was not successful and they have refunded the money to Mobikwik on 9th November 2023. I have raised a query on this, but still not resolved. The customer care is not supporting.
