Text of Complaint by Shafi S:

I had paid my Credit Card bill on 18th May in Postpe app. But still today, the money has not been reflected in my card and i am not sure where my money disappeared.

I have informed the support team about it but they are not responding to my email after certain point of time.

I am not able to connect with them through phone or email.
I am very much worried .
