I took a loan from the credit box app for rupees 7000 on 21 Sep and I extended it till 5 Oct by paying 9185. Now they are asking for 12812 rupees, I returned the amount on 30 Sep and they are still asking the amount as I could not enter the UTR ID. Now, they are harassing my family and friends and asking for money. I again made the payment and still there is no option to enter UTR number. I have made a video also. They keep on changing the app name as well.
