Hi
I have taken a loan from CRED -and I have been paying promptly at the end of every month. However, due to financial issues I haven’t been able to continue pay the loan with interest and I had requested for a settlement. Initially they said u pay this month (January’s ) emi we will provide you the settlement option later they stopped responding and the consecutive month they made me pay the emi as week. However, now I told them I won’t be able to pay until the settlement is provided.
From then on I started receiving back to back calls every 5-10 minutes I get a call from then if I tell them they will say and I quote its system generated we cannot do anything. I tried contacting CRED through their phone support they didn’t help
