On 4th May 2022 Time , I sent a rent of Rs. 13000/- was sent to the Homeowner ( Akshita Shetty ) from hdfc bank’s credit card by using cred app. But that payment did not reach them. And debited from my credit balance. After i complainted on mail the money was shown to my account. Again on 21st August showing me outstanding for the same payment and late payment also. I was paid full payment on time but cred not credited to bank on time that why reason bank charge me more than 14K cred used my money may days so who is responsible for this Late payment from cred was last modified. CITY Bank also seems to be outstanding, I have paid 5080/- to that. amount is not reverted back to my account. Amount deducted from account. CRED who is responsible for my CBL score getting bad due to this app. Give me the all clear. If you see I make transactions on 5th of Oct and it’s showing success in cred app but the same is not credited in my paytment. Also Shared the credit card statements as requested by cred team. I need the refund of the amount.
