I took a loan 25000 as cred cash from Cred app. It shows successful on the app but amount never credited to my bank account. They do not have a proper customer care and sending proof of transaction via email which I understand but where did the money go. Now IDFC will ask me to pay amount in installments for money which I never received. It is not acceptable and company needs to shut off. They are fraudsters.
