On 21 th july 2020 at 10:55 AM I got a call from Dev Kumar (Mobile no 9574705043) of Cradle Soft Enterprises. He offered me a data entry job, saying they are a freelancing company under the surveillance of government. I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy. But if I failed to complete the assignment by deadline or couldn’t make it with required accuracy I’ve to pay the registration fees. Otherwise I will be given 31 /- per form. Then after the registration and verification by a lady (named Simran Kaur mobile no 8347563566) and I started the work on Today. But when I am searching in the internet about the company its found fraud/cheating company and the most shocking thing is that the date in the later is mentioned 30 june 2020.. So I am decided to cancel the job.
Now I understood that this is a fraud/cheating company, so I am writing complaint to you for take proper action against this type of fake companies.

File complaint to cybercrime portal. Same incident happened to me but I didn’t pay a single paisa to that fraud compnay. I have filed complaint to cyber crime portal.

They are saying they have a legal agreement please sir help me out
Be bold. They are threating by FIR. Actually one agreement made, and failure to comply the agreement, is not a criminal offence and so no FIR to be registered.

Please dont pay a single paise. Probably, they asked money by Google pay or Phone Pay. They never asked money in the name of the company. They asked money in personal name. Those persons are non traceable. They never send any mail from company. Actually, they don’t use company mail. From different mail id they communicate. They send mail to threaten you, but attached no documents.
They have not any legal agreement . They are only afraid you . Their fir notice is also fraud . SO you don’t afraid from them , and take legal action
I am facing the same problem and they are threatning with saying that they have agreement and company will sue me with 25-30k. Please help me out??

I searched for the company at ministry of india site of companies .. but it doesn’t exist.
