I visited central mall Bellandur on 1st December 2018 and it took more than 1 hour in parking to park my vehicle , the parking agency CPS had a very bad customer service and bad behaviour ,my 2 year old daughter suffered a lot in bad condition of parking due to Bad air inside the parking. we all 3 were not able to breathe properly. It took more then 1 hour to park my vehicle and it was very prone to accident due to a very huge vehicle queue waiting to park their vehicles. There were no sufficient cameras installed in the parking lot as well which is also against the rule and regulations framed by the state body. After waiting for an hour CPS people damanged bumper of my car by misguiding me and they treated us like we made a mistake visiting the mall and refused to take any corrective action. I approached CPS regional head over the call to get my car repair and even his behaviour was same as his counter parts available in the parking lot and he also refused to facilitate any repair of my car. I paid them the parking charged of 40/- for this bad customer service as well. I held central mall Bellandur liable for this bad service as not aloan me a lot of people are suffereing due to a mismanagement of central mall Bellandur and CPS parking agency. I need entire compensation for the bad service and negligence of a basic need which a mall suppose to provide to their customers. We are in a wave of shock and avoiding to visit the mall due to bad customer experience. Please initiate the matter and ask them for a compensation and to improve their customer service before I approach to local body for their action. Parking Receipt number – 74171
