No email received from rekha patel the owner of the website i ordered 5 cases and it said it will be shipped soon its been more than 20 days she is not responding through emails as thats the only way to communicate no contact detail

I have ordered 5 cases from covershouse.in after I ordered cases I received a message saying I ll be getting the delivery once the lockdown ends. But I am trying to contact them as Most of the delivery services are open and I am getting deliveries from Amazon. So I thought of contacting them but they do not have their contact number. And looking at complaints against covershouse.in.
No email received from rekha patel the owner of the website i ordered 5 cases and it said it will be shipped soon, the money is deducted twice .. she is not responding through emails as thats the only way to communicate no contact detail,
