Dear Sir/Mam
My name is Nethajibalan.
On jan 31 i enrolled for a PG-Highrise building design and analysis course on skill lync a edtech company.
I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 150000. After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync).
When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz i signed a e nach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online. Even before loan got disbursed i informed them to cancel it and to stop the procedure.
Till the end of january i was working profesional.
But unfortunately i lost my job due to these skilllync guys who had call me several times even at night time afternoon as picked up and talk to them, i get fired. But skilllync told today offer ends 150000 or after it will be 3 lakhs .
I not yet start the course and also i was jobless and due to family issue health problem also sudden funeral death in my family make me sick because of this i want cancel the course.
I tried to request the person who attended me till the registration process and also to eduvanz to cancel the loan and course but she denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc …
Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.
I just had to pay emis..which was not possible as i lost the job ..they are whatsapp me to pay the emi
So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..
And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..
Now what to do..
Please need a help
P.s – I have no job right now and i cannot pay such a hefty amount.

Still eduvanz calling me for loan, you better talk to them that i cancelled the course and loan. I dont want any trouble and refund my 5000 rupees because of u itried to assault myself i dont want to live anymore iam very disturbed
