I have taken Hybrid Electric vehicle pg course in skilllynk. At the time of taking the course a sales agent from skill lync has called and gave me the details for taking the course. But at the i have told him that i have abroad plans and i am not sure of it when it will happen. Then the sales agent has told me that the course can be done in abroad as it is a online course. But I have told him that maybe I am going to change my domain also which is i am not sure of it. Then the sales agent has given me a initiation like that to take the course and if any problem occurs line that if i don’t want to continue the course i can cancel the course at any time. Though I have read the terms and conditions, i have informed him that in the terms and conditions it was mentioned that there was no cancellation,then he told me that it was just written for company policy. And also i have told him that I could also have financial issues. After all this he gave me confirmation that I could cancel the course at any time i want and he also showed me proofs of other persons cancellation. Now I have got the abroad plan on and i am going to change my domain also. I have raised for cancellation in skill lynk. But now they are saying that there is no cancellation is possible. And i have told and shown proofs that the sales agent has given me commitment for cancellation but they are not cancelling the course and they are saying that they have terminated the sales agent for giving the false information. But I know that he was not terminated but by himself he resigned the company. Now due to abroad plans i cannot pay the fees due to financial issues. And the course that i have taken is also not going to work for me as i am changing my domain. From 4 months i am following up for the cancellation but there was no use. So i request skill lync for cancellation.
