Text of Complaint by SHIJO JACOB:

Sir/Madam I am from your flipket company order no. AWB3111188868 product was ordered, today (21/10/2023) your courier partner from ecom express called and said “Your product has arrived at ecom office, door step delivery is not possible as it is a big box, you should come to the office (godown) to buy it, I asked for door step delivery, But they are not ready for that, believing that you will be able to help me so that I and customers like me do not lose faith in your company.
