I am vijayakumar and part of Meesho supplier. Based on the order ID377145361596_1 we have shipped the cotton saree with worth of Rs.1000. Customer has denied & returned.
But courier partner Shadowfax has missed the parcel and closed the case by mentioning as supplier has denied the parcel. So we have disposed. So raised the complaint to meesho customercare. They are also supporting to courier partner and disconnect the call without propare response.
