I had booked a courier delivery from DTDC (Deshbandhu Park, Rupnarayanpur, WB) on 10.01.2023, to be delivered to Kolkata. It contained a very important piece of document. They assured me that it would be delivered by next day or the day after that.
Till 19.01.2023, the parcel has not been delivered yet. Despite several calls made to the customer service of DTDC, no fruitful action has been taken from the DTDC side yet.
I have suffered major financial loss as the documents were not delivered within the stipulated time.
