One of my dealer from Yolevento based in Noida sent me very important parcel to my Business address Bakers street Bakery based in Rajpardi, Bharuch, Gujarat on 6th September via FEDEX courier tracking id 283344413950. The parcel arrived at the Ankleshwar facility since 10th September since then I was not updated at all until 14th of september. On 14th I filed a complaint by calling fedex customer care (ref no 36907415) and was assured delivery. Within few minutes I received a call from 87589 25180 asking me to collect the parcel. I urged them to deliver as my dealer paid for the full delivery. The guy on the phone thretened me that if dont collect then my parcel will be returned immediately. I was forced to travel 30kms back and forth (total 60kms) just to collect my parcel as it was very important business consignment and i could not have it returned. I demand fedex to legally pay for my car fuel (4 liters of diesel i.e approx rs 97 per liter as my car has a mileage of 15kms per liter) as you know diesel is not cheap and my dealer paid for full delivery. If fedex was not able to deliver than they could have refused to accept the consignment from my dealer in the first place. Once they accept then it was their responsibility to deliver
