I have ordered a powermax exercise cycle from Amazon,the product was defective,I was told to self courier by the Amazon people and share the courier slip , Amazon will refund the courier amount,I got the refund of the product,but I didn’t not got the refund of my Courier charges,i trying since past 6 months,they are making one or other excuses, finally they refused to pay the amount
