Zomato delivered a wrong order to me on Sunday of worth 500₹ where as my actual order was for 1200₹
as an apology zomato asked me if I wanted the refund in card through which I had paid or as coupon ? I chose coupon because I order very frequently. They gave me a coupon of 1200₹, and they did not mention anywhere that It could be only utilised once. (picture attached)
Later I ordered a pizza worth 474₹ and used the coupon thinking that I will still hve my remaining amount in coupon because the difference was huge 726₹ !
Later when I tried to order through coupon code it was not valid and I was told that coupons can b only utilised once. Which is absolutely misleading
