Text of Complaint by Niraj Kumar:

One of country Club person Mr. Neeraj Kumar Singh came and offered life time membership charge of 55k and offered 14D/N voucher which can be used through out my life time, without telling any limitation. He also said that there is 8k AMC no extra tax on that, which is even agreed in mail by another staff . Whereas they always ask AMC with service tax.

Initially they told they have property in tirupati later when i requested to book they deny.

In another incident, Nasik property was shown on their website but when i request they said there is no property at Nasik.

Voucher when try to use they said it is only valid between off seasons(Feb-Sept) which they didn’t told at the time of selling the membership. Due to all these lies i never ever even think of using club facilities. All these issue started during first year and they promised that they will allow to use voucher during sept-feb, but after i paid first year AMC they started ignoring or not confirming any of my requested booking for the  period of Sept-Feb..

After long false promise and discussion and not giving any written confirmation, i decided to withdraw and asked for my money back. I have sent legal notice and also 4 reminder on mail to their head office and local office in Indiranagar Bangalore.

I have tried and even told that legal action is on the line, still they have not taken any interest in sorting out. I want my money back even if they agree to allow voucher to be used during Sept-Feb. I cant believe such company with the past experience..

Please give me justice and refund my money with interest and also fine Country club so that they never ever do to others. I am sure none of their customer will be happy.
