Hello,
I ordered one Apple AirPods from Roopstore online portal which they were selling at 80% discount for Rs 2,699/-. I had my doubts but I ordered as there was an assurance to return the product in case of any quality/ make issues. Immediately, on receiving the delivery I checked for authenticity by punching the serial number on the Apple portal and the response was it is a replacement product. I then verified other features and it is confirmed that it’s a counterfeit product.
I lodged complaint twice and also sent an email within the stipulated period to return the product. Though they mention that someone will get back within 24 hours but no one even replied so far.
It is so surprising that they are openly selling counterfeit products unabated and no action is being taken.
May I request that this complaint be lodged as official complaint and necessary help be provided to get my money refunded. Also, a seizure action should be initiated against the company selling such counterfeit products so that others may be saved from getting fooled and cheated.
