Sir

Today, I have changed my Mobile to Airtel from BSNL. I have made the activation with 56069 and the recharge was made by the retailer. I could receive SMS but couldn’t make calls. I use I phone 7. The network coverage is also very good and I could use internet with 4G speed. Please help me resolve this issue.
