Text of Complaint by Sabita Sahoo:

My order Id is OD329065112341582100. I have ordered a PHILIPS hl&&57/00 750 Mixer Grinder (3 Jars) Black, amount of 4439.00 rupees on 4/9/2023. But I received a totally wrong product (Wooden stool). Delivery person left the product before I reached him. He didn’t ask any OTP for the delivery. all above the stories were recorded on cc camera.

Then I have requested for the return of this wrong product (Wooden stool) on 10/9/2023. Your Customer executive sent me the link to upload the wrong product images. I have uploaded all requested wrong product images to this link. Till now there is no pick up scheduled for this product and customer care told me “backend team is working on it”. it’s already 7 days covered, till now there is no pick up scheduled for this wrong product.

I have ordered this product for 77 year old senior citizen. but they could not take advantage of the mixer via Flipkart. Rather facing so many problems. For that Family tensed.

Please carefully take a look and help me out of this type of situation. Return this wrong product which flipkart sent me and refund my money.
