I placed an complaint on Amazon regarding my watch ~15 days ago.
Before placing the complaint I had a call with Amazon costumer care and they said that you register your complain regarding that watch on the sellers page and you will get response in 2 working days ! But it’s already 15 days but I haven’t received any response from Amazon of from the sellers page .
I tried to call amazon costumer service many time but each time it says that due to increase in calls our agent is not able to attend your call sorry for this.
And I have tried many time to call them and say sometime about my complaint but there is no response .
According to the society “amazon” is a good company which ensures costumer satisfaction but in my case it doesn’t worked .
